    consists of home educating families living in the towns, farms, and acreages surrounding Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
  • Prairie Spirit Parents Liaison Group

    This group meets with members of the Prairie Spirit School Board to form the Prairie Spirit Home-Based Education Committee. Last year the Parent Liaison group helped draft the new home-based education policy now in effect. Members of the Prairie Spirit Home-Based Educator Parent Liaison group include: Lori Giesbrecht,Kayla Hunt, Teena Ens, Melissa Ong, and Shelley Gilbey.
    Please contact any of these committee members with concerns you would like to be addressed by the PSSD Home Education Committee.

Saskatoon Children’s Choir In Concert – “Roots and Wings”

The Saskatoon Children’s Choir presents “Roots and Wings”, their annual spring concert, on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at Third Avenue United Church in Saskatoon.

Under the artistic direction of Phoebe Voigts, the Saskatoon Children’s Choir explores choral music from their home province and beyond our borders.

Over 120 voices of the choristers will be joined by Michelle Aalders at the piano and guest professional musicians from Saskatoon.

The Saskatoon Children’s Choir has earned an international reputation for artistic excellence and creative performance practices that are focused on initiatives promoting global understanding. The choir has performed on choral stages in Europe, Asia, South Africa, the United States and across Canada.

Tickets are $20 and are available at McNally Robinson Booksellers, and at the door. Reserved seating.
