Where: Warman Lions Spray Park
When: TUESDAYS 1:00 pm – 3:30ish pm

A free drop-in style weekly time for home-based educating families to get together in the great outdoors. Kids of all ages can have fun together – it is a park! There is playground equipment, spray park, lots of trees & green space. You may want to bring a ball of some kind, Frisbee, bathing suit & towel, etc, but definitely a water bottle! Parents, bring a lawn chair or blanket so we can gather in a common area for visiting, meeting new people, sharing ideas, supporting each other, or just relaxing together.

Park Time continues right through the summer, usually until it is too cold in the autumn for the moms to sit outside happily:)

Suzuki Piano and Violin Lessons

Jeanine and Keri Munchinsky are offering music lessons in Suzuki piano and Suzuki violin. Formerly home educated, both have completed a Bachelor of Music through Brandon University, and have been certified through the Suzuki Association of the Americas. In addition, Jeanine and Keri have obtained an ARCT degree in their respective instruments. Both have had numerous years’ experience in teaching music lessons.

Distinctions of the Suzuki Method include: starting at an early age, parental involvement, and learning by listening to music. Parents are expected to attend lessons and practice daily with their child. This allows the child to benefit from continuity of instruction throughout the week. By listening to the music they play, children will learn music more easily and quickly. The Suzuki Method is non-competitive and focuses on skill acquisition and progressing at the students’ pace.

Lesson times are currently available in the afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you are interested in Suzuki music lessons for your child(ren), please contact:
